They charge 5 dollars to talk to a live person. When you try to get answers suddenly you start getting error messages almost seems intentional kind of spooky things don’t work when you want to know why your bill is 3 times what it should be.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They are rude, disrespectful, and nonchalant!!! I have had several negative experiences with the customer reps via online, phone, and in -person. They do not follow up with you when they say they will. The only thing they are consistent with is collecting money and reciting what they cannot do. All they care about is collecting money and not ensuring that their service is of high quality and certainly not solving customers' problems. What's worse is that they essentially have a monopoly (only one other horrible provider in the area) so they have no incentive to do better. All I can say is expect the worse from this company, they don't give a $&%^ about customer service or the quality of their product!
