Xfinity salesmen are rude con artists. They will only give a good price on internet if you spend 49 extra dollars on services we don't need. It's horrible and I feel taken advantage of.

They are horrible. They couldn't ever get the service hooked up after sending 3 different techs. So I cancelled and went with Comcast. For 6 months Ive been receiving calls harassing me to pay a bill for service I don't have or they are going to suspend it....I've cancelled it 3 times yet it doesn't get cancelled. I would never ever ever have service with them.

Was with Frontier for ten years before they got bought out by ziply, now I have had bad service for past three months, no internet for past month, so when I finally cancelled my service they tell me they can't provide me service in my area. Horrible company
