I've been with AT&T Wireless services for 25+ years. I've added U-verse which is now Direct TV, and home security also. The internet is terrible. They told me I needed extenders in my home since they really couldn't do any more even though I paid for the highest speed. So, I paid $300.00 for three extenders which do nothing as I can't stream anything without all the buffering, and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said U-verse was going away and becoming direct TV and I would have to switch by 12/2021 anyway. They locked in my rate which would never go up for my Direct TV and Unlimited DVR recordings. AT&T didn't tell me that Direct TV did not send out bills. My service was cut off and I was told the bills would come via email which I've still never received and was told to go auto pay. I did just receive an email telling me that I could upgrade my DVR recordings to 6 months instead of 90 days. I was told to make the switch that it was unlimited. I guess unlimited for only 90 days. Really fraudulent!! My security system I purchased isn't even service by AT&T anymore as they sub it out. Half of the items they sold me don't work. Looking for new providers and security systems. I wish there was some rating less than one star as I'd select it! Loyal patron for such horrible service and products.
