Spectrum is terrible down from the price gouging to their inconsistent service and awful customer service. It's almost like their representatives are just programmed to say the same thing. Internet goes out 5 times a day, and they just say "we see no issues on our end". Keep raising prices despite the fact that service has gotten worse, consistently. I am switching as soon as there is another option in this area. NEVER use Spectrum if you can avoid it.

For the past month my area has experienced 3 to 15 outages about 5+ times. So unreliable I am looking for another provider.
