My TV satellite box malfunctioned, I was sent a different box ( I found out later in error) that I could not activate. An 800 # would not accept "activate." The new box required updates to my cable and dish hardware. I have spent hours on the phone with AT&T, finally a tech is scheduled to come out. All of this could have been avoided if i was originally sent the correct box.

My internet goes out frequently. I have had the equipment changed three or four times in the past few years, hoping the problem would get resolved. When it's working, the speed is fine and the price is OK, but the inconvenience of losing service so often is not fine at all.
