I've been with Century Link for years. At first, they were great. Now they just suck. Customer services are disrespectful and give you the runaround. Their items are not reliable. Some of their agents give you false information. The speeds are slow and will not connect all the time. I would tell you it is not worth it, especially now.

The chat rep told me I could get 1 gigabit with unlimited talk and text, if I ported over my phone number to xfinity mobile and I would get $35 off my $60/month home internet bill. Turns out that is a lie. Escalations doesn't care, and the company will not do anything to honor what the chat rep said. It's a bait and switch tactic. I hate xfinity. Get someone else.
