Expensive, sporadic internet at low download and upload Mbps speeds. Poor customer service. It's not worth the money.

Spectrum has nice internet. It absolutely is not worth the terrible customer service. Setting up my account I was the salesman would not take "no, I just need internet" for an answer, and asked for my social security number for some reason! I was on hold for several hours after hanging up on him, in an attempt to get better service out of a different representative. It was absolutely ridiculous. Then, after they increased my monthly payment, I received an advertisement from spectrum in the mail telling me I could get internet and TV for more than $15 dollars less than what I was paying for just internet. After closing my account, they gave me the wrong due date to turn in all of my rental equipment, and I was charged an additional month of internet even though the account was closed I turned everything in two weeks before the deadline they set. I hope to never have to work with them again.
