Very difficult to get a human. Must go through an online automated program. There is a constant threat of billing even though they install with their equipment and are only connected to their line. I have experienced constant wrong phone numbers associated with my account despite multiple corrections. Getting tech help on-site is accompanied by constant billing threats.
