for 2 decades we've complained about the bad internet speed to no avail...we paid for 100megabits ; received 30, then paid for 200 and got 40 ; now we pay for 300Mb and receive no more than 60...and if we don't constantly reset the Spectrum router every 2 days, the speed trickles down to 6 megabits!!! Every time we call customer service, they send somebody, or a small team which only tell us that our cable is "noisy", but they never solve the problem!!! We don't have an alternative internet choice so we are forced to swallow the bad speed, useless customer service, and rising price!!!! Boycott them or form a class action lawsuit against them, please!!!!!
