Have been a loyal customer of ATT for almost 11 years. And for the past 5 years the service has just gotten worse and worse. I am canceling my service and switching to another. Also thier customer service is the worst!

Time Warner Cable provides great internet service, however it seems a tad steep in the price especially with all the extra charges and surcharges. Either way, the service is great just need it to be a tad cheaper.
