Every person's house I've gone to and used their Spectrum Wifi connection to access the internet has made me a believer that Spectrum is number one. At the last house I went to, 12 people were using one network and there was hardly any lag. I'm impressed

I have never encountered an internet provider who cares less for their current customers than Spectrum. The cost does not correlate to the quality of service provided. Your service is consistently going down or having issues and yet you fail to correct them. I just tried your "Chat" session and was totally disgusted. I kept typing a question and it kept trying to get me to click on your canned responses, so I did and it NEVER answered my question. The screen said I was to be transferred to a representative so I asked how long was the wait. It never answered! I'm seriously looking at other options and will move my business elsewhere!

This is not much faster than the old AOL dialup speed and really lacks for surfing or gaming.

I’ve ran away from a lion and met a bear. Comcast was absolutely horrible with their constant outages and shoddy customer service. However, AT&T has eclipsed them. Each and every night when I return home from work I have to reconnect every device to the internet. There has been times when service was out where I was out of the internet for days, and good luck finding someone to service you. They want their money on time every month, but will take several days sending a technician out. I honestly had two appointments mysteriously disappear. I’m at home waiting on the technician only to be told that the appointment had been canceled. This mind you happened twice. I finally had a supervisor come out and put my WiFi on a separate pole. Afterwards the remedy worked fine for a month. Now I’m back to having no service. I was told that my area was rezoned. I’ve never received received such poor experiences when dealing with the internet. There’s slim pickings when it comes to selecting one, and I’m sure each provider knows this which explains their lackadaisical approach to their customers. I’m just disgusted by it all!
