Very friendly customer service and good internet speeds. My only issue is that on average, there is at least one day a month that service is down/spotty and there is no WiFi. It's really frustrating.

They will schedule you a week out to fix your internet, then the night before they will cancel and reschedule you for the next week. No internet at all and they give zero cares. Worst internet speed, pricing, and availability.

Just got Nextlink installed. Alton and Daniel did a great job explaining everything and putting everything back the way it was (except our old internet which did not work!) Very happy with the service.
