I miss having my CenturyLink I never had any problems with the service and now I have Suddenlink and they are not working out very well the speed is always slow and spotty and it has a limited amount of things that can connect. If I could switch back the CenturyLink I would in a heartbeat. They are the absolute best phone TV and internet business around

We do not have a reliable signal in my neighborhood … since the early Covid days spring 2020 this has been a problem. Maybe before that but that is when I started to be inconvenienced by this issue. Having internet that is dependable is so important given all the applications that we and most of my neighbors use internet for. (Communication, school, work, entertainment, home security etc… I am continued to be charge as if my internet is dependable and provides me service 24 7. Many report using their various communication methods leave us with same result. Although staff is friendly and empathetic they are not able to influence a resolution.
