These people are numbskulls, took them 35 min to look up my account. In addition when you cancel your internet service you will not be prorated for the actual days you use but pay full price. For example, lets just say the day you want to cancel is 2 days after your billing cycle, you pay $65 for 2 days of use. Absolute trash team, would not recommend.

I can't get a signal when i'm twenty feet from the router. It's ridiculous. even when i'm right next to it, i can't get stuff to load on my phone or computer
