Service is garbage.. always goes out.. using there modem and takes 30 to 45 minutes to connect when i have to restart it, which is at least 1 time a day, sometimes 2.. If there is another option go with it.

Don’t do it. If you are thinking of switching, don’t. Their computer system switched a year ago and now that they have embraced telephone and Internet and cable and so many things all of the accounts are separate and are not getting connected. They had been charging us for a phone that didn’t even have a phone number. A ghost phone. The amount of the bill changes every time you talk to them and we have been trying to get our money refunded for months. The company has too many hands and none of him can figure out what is going on. It’s a disgrace.
