Spectrum started my service at my new place a week early (I even provided my lease that shows my move in date and told them that date via phone AND email and they still got it wrong. Then they shut off the old tenants internet without calling them. They refused to offer a credit to our accounts for the mixup. My internet drops at least once a day and I'm paying $84.99 a month for the terrible service.

Absolutely do not use the service if you have to work from home. If you need reliable Internet and a quick response if there’s a problem I urge you not to use this company.
