Worst service I have ever had in this house. This will be my 3rd tech in a year. Watching a movie tonight on Netflix and works fine. Shut movie off and within half hr my internet is down and won't reconnect. It's Thursday. I called and they said they tried to even reset my modem on my end and nothing so they need to send a tech out. But I have to wait 5 days bc they aren't available. Kids r in school. I work. And we need our service! Never have good service when making or getting calls. Signal strength is very bad. Not happy at all. I love somewhere though where I get two options and this was the better of the two. Shouldn't have to move towns for charter to work and figure their service out. I hate technology and limit my kids time but still we are in a generation where it's like a safety blanket and if you don't have it you need it...like a car!. FIX YOUR SERVICE because I guarantee I will be paying for the next 5 days still while I sit here not able to use anything
