I qualified for free internet but kept getting a bill. When I talked to them about it they didn't know nothing about it. I also have the spectrum mobile and they are charging me for that in which I was told would be free for 12 month once I sent in my device. Very not happy with this company and their communication with customers. Seems like they leave out what they think is minor details but to people like me it ain't minor now I have to redo my monthly bills because a lot wasn't told to me. Don't be me ask more questions obviously I didn't ask enough and now paying for it

Spectrum will promise you one price and change it later. When you talk to them they lie through there teeth and screw you out of money. There internet is trash, it goes out all the time or is slower than dial up. You’re better off with satellite internet. Don’t waste your time with Spectrum. When you confront them on pricing they just tell you you’re wrong and you can’t do anything about it.

ViaSat may have okay customer service, and able to answer all my questions. But when shopping around, I was told that there is no cap on the internet. I was lied. There is a cap on FAST internet, which immediately tanks upon using ALL of it for the remainder of the month. Do not recommend if your family is tech-savvy like mine is.
