Today Brian, a Xfinity tech, came to our house to fix an issue with our box and to replace our remote. He was fantastic. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix. He checked everything to make sure all was in working order. He explained what had happened and how it needed to be corrected. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable. We were so lucky to have him as our tech. He put a friendly, helpful face on Xfinity.

Comcast has great internet services along with great viewing services as well. However, they are not great if you are on a budget. There are no discounts available if you are retired or if you are disabled. They have bundling services available if you still carry a land line but it seems dumb to have to buy a land line just to get some kind of a discount. Service can be slow.
