Customer service is atrocious. Also, while we only had DSL, the service was spotty and would drop constantly. When we called to have it restored, they would say we did not have internet only voice. When we cancelled our service, they asked if we also wanted to cancel our voice service. So obviously we did have internet service. After dealing with this for years, I prefer to use my phone. Terrible service and totally terrible tech support.
