Absolute nightmare of a company to work with. They never deliver on services advertised and when they do it trickles internet so slow that you may as well not have it at all. And when it doesn't work they offer NO customer support and make it impossible to get ahold of anyone. I tried to call for 3 days and got nothing but Robo calls and then when I did finally get through I had to pretend I was a new customer wanting service and was hung up on when they found out I was a pissed off customer with a problem. They also tell you that they will send technicians out between huge time windows and that they will charge you $$$ if you are not there when they come. Unreliable, unprofessional, non-caring, huge waste of money. The higher ups should be ashamed at how their products work and how their employees treat long time customers. Shame on you Century Link!!!
