I'm sick and in the hospital. Unable to use any of my service. I went on a short term seasonal plan. It expired and they charged me a new increased price, more then my original plan. I'm not able to use the services and they won't pro rate the new plan, so I will be cancelling with this company for good. Never had such problems with a network company.

Charter/Spectrum may be the largest provider in Alpena, but they closed their store & if you want to do business face to face you must drive down US 23 South 40 miles to Oscoda as there is nothing here. They DO have repair trucks here, we see them around town. This infomercial needs to be updated. But it IS helpful even if it IS outdated.

I really can't complain much about the internet service I get. The price is competitive, the speed is good and very rarely am I disconnected. Actually, I notice that disconnections happen much less often than with another provider I had prior to Charter. All in all I'm pleased with my internet service.
