I have been paying for 10mbp/s download speed for over 15 years. Until March 2023 the service has been acceptable. As of March 7th, the speed has dropped to an average of 1 to 2mbps or less. Brightspeed techs have not been able to tell me why or resolve the speed issue. I work from home and the decreased speed has impacted my on the job performance... I was told by one of the phone representatives that they could sell me another 10MB line that would give me 20mb speed. That ain't how it works! I would be paying twice as much for the same slow speed. It might be a good idea to educate your support techs in that regard. As of this writing, my current download speed is .11Mbps, upload is .24Mbps. This is not a typo!
