The tech installing my wifi left before service was completed even though I told him I didn't feel comfortable finishing on my own. Tech support agent was very happy to ask the technician to come back and finish the job but no one came. Had to ask my social worker to help and she was able to do it, which should have never happened.

I experience a constant 5-20% packet loss and have reached out to suddenlink to try to get it fixed. The person working over the phone walked me through everything to fix the packet loss. I did everything over the phone with him which I had already done before calling. He ran some tests and said he was not receiving any packet loss on his end which I expected because only the download has issues and not the upload. Then we had one of their techs come out and "fix" it. The guy was here for about 20 minutes before leaving and there was no improvement to the quality of the service.

I had my internet hooked up 2 months ago and the installer said that something was wrong on the outside of the building and that a service technician would have to fix it in 24 to 48 hours. It's never been fixed and I've called with no result. I'm frigging tires of the run around
