Charles was his name. EXCELLENT service! He was part of the maintenance and troubleshooting team in Columbus. Great man and new what he was doing. Coming from a customer service guy my self he delivered well over just a 5 star review! I don’t do 5 star reviews ever. But he deserves that and a raise get your employees on his level. I didn’t get his last name. I wish I did. I’m he’s 50 and I’m impressed!

We were having a problem with our internet not working on account of an issue with our passwords not working to access the WiFi. Had a very productive call to customer service with a representative named Elmer. Just wanted somewhere to appreciate him for his help. Therefore optimum gets a good rating in my book

For how much i am paying a month, it is not worth the hassle of the lag (for online gaming) the internet cuts out at times making it difficult to do anything online
