Forced to use their gateway at additional cost (not included in official price of service). Exposes your Wi-Fi security info over the internet, including the ability to see the password in plain text when logged into their site. Expensive for the speeds received - 100 Mbps for $75 per month ($65 + $10 hardware "rental"). Contract required. Dropped service multiple times daily to individual devices, which seemed to correlate to higher usage. Despite high results on speed tests (slightly over 100 Mbps), my quality was noticeably poor in video meetings (multiple coworkers commented on it without being asked), and I frequently lost service entirely during calls. Often this would require me manually disconnecting and reconnecting Wi-Fi on the laptop to rejoin. Other devices were also affected. Customer support did basic troubleshooting (turn it off and on again), did something ambiguous on their end (with no effect), and then tried to get me to pay an additional monthly fee for a range extender (one affected device was only about 6 feet away from the gateway). Only after refusing, they sent a replacement gateway, which experienced the same issues.
