By far the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. From the service to the representative should get on the phone to the pricing. It is all horrible. They are charging me for services. I never had. They are trying to charge my dad for equipment he never had they are crooks. I don’t recommend them for anything. I wish there was a way to give negative stars Instead of just a half because they I would give them so many negative stars just absolutely awful

This company is bad all the way around. The customer service department has no idea what they are doing and everyone you talk to gives you a different answer. I have been trying for over a month to get my phone service turned back on after building a new home at the same address. I keep getting the run around about when they will be there and now they tell me that I can't get phone and internet service back like I had before I have to pick one or the other because there are not enough ports in our area to support us having both services. I had them before and I never told anyone to cancel either of the services so how did my "port" get reallocated to someone else?? They are horrible. I will be looking for services elsewhere.
