First off, my internet service is not reliable it cuts out randomly which is very annoying not only that but only can get half of the speed I pay for, and unacceptable considering its prices are more expensive than a more reliable service such as Wind Stream. I have had both of these providers and would go back to wind stream in a heart beat if they were in the area I live in now. The only respectable thing about Time Warner is its customer service. Other than that its just over priced for a choppy unreliable internet connection.
