I pay almost $90 a month for internet only, nothing else included, just internet. I only use 1 or 2 devices at a time and the internet drops multiple times a day. A tech has even come out and I still have issues. I do not recommend Spectrum. Internet service is terrible. No way I could work from home. Very disappointed!

When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, it has gone down many times. And often a tech has to come fix it. This would not be so bad if techs could arrive the same day or next day. But my internet went out Thursday morning, a tech was not available until the next Monday afternoon. He reconnected the internet, and it went right back down the next day, with a SIX DAY WAIT for a tech to come back and likely do the exact same thing the first tech did, reconnect the internet but not fix the problem. Also, there have been several outages down the line on the service this month. It's pretty fast when it works, but it doesn't work reliably, and worst of all, customer service has no way to expedite tech calls, since they are remotely dispatching local techs, which neither you nor they have any means of contacting directly. Until they get their support working, DON'T DO IT.
