I've been a C Spire Fiber company since the inception of service. Over the last 6 mos., I've noticed an increased frequency in buffering between the hours of 7PM and Midnight, almost daily. This occurs most often when I'm using an app other than the C Spire app to deliver may TV product. I've made multiple calls and got no resolution for the problem. It seems as though the system is "powered down" after a certain time. This should not occur with fiber-to-home.
