The only reason I give centurylink one start, is there is no way to give them zero. After spending a total of 2 hours with them on the phone, my internet service is still not repaired after a week (they told me it would have been restored the next day). Today (after a week) I learned they have not even send a technician out to look at the problem! The only description I know is pathetic.

I've used Comcast's least expensive choice to have wi-fi iny home as well as basic TV. I've not included phone service as I didn't need it. Whenever I've had any issues over theses past 15 years, this company has always made it known, they value customer satisfaction! I always try to keep my eyes on any way to save money! Thanks for your service!

Centurylink's service is good in the area where I live. I am addicted to my PC and the only time the internet has been down has been minimal. If my PC starts running slow or I get a virus then I am glad that they have the ability to go inside my computer and clean it up. The service only cost me very little and I would rather give them a little money rather than purchase another computer. The service ins available twenty four hours seven days a week and i am glad that they are there for me.
