After being a customer of charter and then spectrum for over 25 yrs I moved to an area that is not served by Spectrum cable. They closed my account x for cell phone and I have been trying for over two weeks to change my address on my new account WITH NO SUCCESS. They deny I have an account ( yet faithfully take my money each month). Surely, this cannot be unique. I have talked with customer service of spectrum over 4 hrs on the phone and about as long in person at 4 different Spectrum stores to no avail. Spectrum's incompetence will no longer be my problem. Hello Verizon
