Spectrum is CONSTANTLY having issues, and none of the agents are able to explain why that is. I have replaced both modem and router, didn't fix. The constant outages is driving me up the wall. I asked why they are constantly facing outages, and the agent explained what an outage is. I understand what an outage is, I'm not stupid. I don't appreciate being spoken to like a child. As soon as there's another option in the area, I will switch and will not look back. DO NOT GET SPECTRUM.

I have always had great service no matter where I "roamed", and I'm going to estimate that would be at least 30 years now. I'm not quite sure if they offer lifeline or acp benefits for customers or not but I sure hope so! The only "upgrade" I can suggest would be maybe to somehow make easier access to information of that sort and programs available to help low income individuals to have access to the internet, it could possibly change their lives for the better! Thanks for the option to write my opinion.
