Overall service in home is good but when I have gone into store the attendant has been impatient...boardering on rude! I'm almost 70 and occasionally do not comprehend the "lingo". On one occasion the young gentleman strongly suggested I " get up to speed"!!! If I was up to speed I wouldn't be there would I? Young'n...a bit rude, eh?

We tried to call Xfinity coz we don’t have internet and cable and my husband is working from home and we couldn’t talk to an agent because this computerized voice doesn’t understand anything at all. Very bad service!
