Spectrum has no sympathy for its customers. They have no problem charging for service not received. They do not prorate. If you cancel service even 1 hour after the new billing cycle starts, you WILL pay for the entire month. Don't bother calling, they won't help!!

They have great prices, but the service is terrible, even when their connection indicator says "excellent". Their cellular service in a solid 5G area yields consistently poor call quality with garbled sound and drop outs, missed messages, and call fails - even if you turn cellular off and operate through the WiFi connection to their internet service. Have worked with their tech support multiple times and that always takes a long time, communicating with people that don't speak English as their first language, and the results don't provide adequate improvement. So disappointing - now have to change service providers again!!

Internet service goes out constantly. The speeds keep getting slower and they keep increasing. Absolutely not worth the price but there's no option for the area because they have a monopoly.
