Melbourne Residential Internet Coverage

Among many large internet service providers, AT&T is one of the most well-established in Melbourne. Between its DSL coverage map and its fiber coverage map, all of Melbourne has access to AT&T internet service. This includes the large neighborhood of Parkway and the eastern beachfront community near Riverside Drive.

Time Warner Cable has a growing service area in southern Melbourne, starting just north of Florida Road and running southward to city limits. Service is only available east of Jones Road.

FPL FiberNet LLC has a sprawling service area in Florida that covers much of Melbourne. Service is available in all neighborhoods west of Jones Road, as well as several areas east of Jones Road. Service reaches as far north as Murrell Road and Spyglass Hill Road, running to the southern city limits near Dairy Road.

One of the largest networks in the area belongs to Brighthouse Networks, which spans Parkway to Riverside Drive, running from Bayhill Drive in the north to the university neighborhood in the south.

I had service with spectrum for many years. I canceled in 8/14 of this year. Apparently my billing schedule started on 8/5 thru 9/4. The problem is that they charged me $84.99 for 9 days!! Because they don’t prorate the services. I didn’t even have the equipment. The worst services and customer service is a joke. They understood my frustration. Yeah right! I don’t recommend spectrum to anyone!! I have a better internet service for half the price!!

They have to have the worst support team ever. Even the "leadership team" was no help whatsoever. I just want to be able to work with my VPN I have used with no problems whatsoever from every other provider. They could care less and were in way will to connect me with a technician that may just have some knowledge.
