Service cannot reach all areas of the house. They recommended adding more pods at $200 each. Even with additional pods the service will not reach an area of the house with a wall between pods. My wifi with Spectrum covered my whole house and outside with no additional units.

Terrible, terrible customer service and high pricing. Plan on spending hours trapped in their automatic phone system. Online help is useless.

I have only had service for a little over a month. So far the technician that came to my home to hook up the service left for over 40 minutes to go somewhere then came back. I don't know why or where he ever went. I have received 6 different bills with differing amounts due on almost everyone. My service had gone out twice. The outrage today Dec 18th, I was told would last 6 hours, during the middle of the work week, prime working hours. This was bad enough, especially because most of my job entails working on the computer. The expected time of the maintenance was to end at 4 pm, however my service still didn't work at 4 pm. When I called the first time the call was disconnected. The second time the representative said, it may not be fixed until Dec 19th at 8:30am. A loss of a full day of work and contributing into another day of the work week. I was on the phone for over 45 minutes just to get to get to the point where they could give an estimation on a resolution time. It seems, the technicians working for this company have questionable knowledge about the repairs they are hired to resolve and don't seem to care how long it takes to repair. There is no urgency in getting service up and running! I am sorry I ever switched my service and I am now looking for a new cable company.
