ALways dropping the connection at least twice a day that I am aware of. They are aware of the connectivity problem, but do not have any plans to remedy the situation. Management needs to be replaced by someone who is cpable of addressing the need for solving the interruptions. Thought that they would have had a firmware upgrade by now.

Called AT&T to set up install and service. First visit. Tech arrived to do setup. Said that the line was too far away and that a new line would have to be ran. Also informed us that the internet speed would not be the Max offered by AT&T but more at half the offered speed. He then informed us that we would be hearing from AT&T so set up install. Three weeks later we get a call lfrom AT&T wanting to setup install service. Second visit from another tech informing us that the line still has not been ran and that we would have to wait for that service to finish before our service could be installed. He also informed us that we would only be able to receive less than half of the internet speed due to the length of the line. He said to wait until AT&T called us to set up another appointment. Three weeks went by and we heard nothing. At this point, we called AT&T our selves to find that a work order for running the line had never been placed. We were to wait until the new work order could be placed, the line fixed and another call to set up service. About three we later we had a visit from another tech explaining that just a little more work was needed and we would hear from AT&T. She also informed us that our internet speed would only be around 30 percent of what is offered by AT&T. A new appointment set up and that brings us to now. Got a message from AT&T saying they would be late and to send back a text to "Keep" the appointment. I did. Then received a call from a very unhappy tech who said. I'm supposed to come and install AT&T service do you still want me to come? I said yes and he hung up the phone. Didn't say anything but just hung up the phone. He arrived about an hour late or so (no big deal) The first thing this newest tech asked is where is the electrical box. When I said, "in the back" he got angry, walked out of the house and around to the back yard. He then complained about the line going into the attack along with the next comment which was that "before I can anything I have to go and finish want someone else didn't want to finish". (Refering to the infamous line). After a while, the tech walks into my house and says that we are so far from the junction box, we would be lucky to 1/4 of offered internet speed. When we said we have four devices, he said that AT&T wouldn't work for us. So, three months later, a short line pole that belongs to AT&T is sticking up out of my yard and no service. The Tech said that the only people that are getting the offered fast speed from AT&T is to live no more than 5 houses from the junction box. Very upset about AT&T and the way they handled things. I'll make sure as many people as possible know this story!!
