The ONLY good thing about them are the local technicians, most live in the area and are very professional with their service. The problem is the many, many layers you have to go through to get them to come out. ENDLESS chats with people to even get a tech to come out. Recently took 6 chats or more over serveral hours to finally get someone to come out and get service. They always say "everything looks good" after running tests no matter how many times you tell them it's not. Threaten me with a $100 charge if a tech comes out and finds nothing wrong, even after I jumped through multiple hoops checking things (rebooted router, checked inside wires, actually reconfigured the modem per their instructions) and I had to get a supervisor to send a tech out. I'm currently looking for other options but in my rural location it looks like I'm stuck with them for now. ZERO STARS!!!!!

The internet speed is okay but it’s not the best I’ve had. The customer support system is terrible and you’ll have to wait days for appointments and chances are they don’t fix your problem the first time you have them come out. I don’t recommend using Xfinity if you rely on having stable internet services.
