Horrible! Customer Service is abysmal and they Lie, and tell you anything to get you off the phone. And EVERYTHING comes with an upcharge, even though it's their problem. I have monitored the speeds and have never gotten what is promised. They have 3rd party service people that came 3 times without the.proper orders (and an arrogant attitude) only to be told that I would have to pay 99.00 for additional" service" after having NO INTERNET for 14 days. AND they reuse to credit the days without service. I am Rural and they know choice is very limited so they Rip you off! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I signed on with Hargray so I could have surveillance for my lake house that is under construction. I selected paperless billing via email. 10 weeks later my security cameras stopped working. I had no idea it was because I had no internet. I called Hargray and they told me me they cut it off because I hadn’t paid my bill. They’d been emailing to the wrong address, mind you they had my office and cell no. they could’ve called , but chose to shut down my service. I’m reluctant about changing my business phone system to Hargray because of my first experience with them.
