This is the worst internet service I have ever experienced in my life and that includes the old dial up. I tried to work from home today and it took 7.5 minutes to download what it takes 5 seconds on ETC or any other internet. Please TDS we are all begging you to bow out and let someone else take over. Y'all are hurting people trying to work from home and that is no joke. Please don't make excuses just leave.
