A large, unexpected price increase at year end is no way to retain customers. Service was unstable as well. Pricing policy is foolish, short sighted and unaccountable. I will be switching....

I have had Charter on and off for about five years.I have very little to complain about, I am happy with the speed I have chosen and there are other options for speed if I need to go to a faster speed. They are pretty quick to take care of service when there is an outage.
