We have been using 100-120 mbps plan for about a year now. Every month we’re calling asking for help with slow speed and connectivity issues with no resolve. When you do call for assistance the employee will try to market a Wi-Fi extender and gaslight you even if you’re in a 500sqft apartment. Could be another case of bandwidth throttling

Extremely poor customer service with no other knowledge besides what you can read on your own on the website. I had to call at least 3 times regarding the same problem and got no help or even a clear answer to my question. They advertise Spectrum Access points or Hotspots as one of the services available to the cellphone users to save on personal data, but no one, including their tech people, are telling me that those hotspots are basic WI-FI that is offered by certain businesses with or with out password requirements. The only thing they couldn’t explain was, the reason why I needed to download Spectrum WI-FI profile in order to keep doing what I was able to do before and not getting any other benefits.

The service is great. I don't worry about the internet not working or going out. However I wish we could get better speed for our money.
