Spectrum, absolutely sucks! They are the worst Internet and Cable Provider I have ever had. Between their service always going out and their Customer service. I would rate them at 0. Absolutely the worse. Wouldn't recommend them to a Cockroach!

My dad passed away. We want my nephew to take over the account. They won't let us do it by any means other than BOTH OF US DRIVING 30 MILES to a STORE. They are obviously making this extremely difficult on purpose. Terrible customer service.

Horrible service goes out in a light rainstorm. Customer service is even worse, 3 years of auto pay and conveniently the same time our package is up they "couldn't process the payment" but pointed fingers at the bank but the bank verified they never attempted to take the money. So that was their way to immediately charge you an additional $30 but can't explain anything. Save yourself the hassle and don't get Spectrum.
