So Xfinity is the only option in Fenwick Island, DE. The first year I used them they applied late fees which had not accrued and then when I called to correct the issue the lady on the phone accused me of "making her life hard" and hung up. I eventually got this corrected by contacting corporate directly. The second year I used this service there was constantly speed issues when using Netflix, but not when surfing the net. I complained to corporate again, they denied throttling, and the issue stopped. The third year I used this service I attempted to cancel and after getting an email confirming I cancelled I continued to get billed, including being sent to collections, despite calling multiple times and emailing copies of the cancellation notice to their customer service. I eventually got the issue cleared up but it took a LOT of hours. In general, Xfinity knows you don't have an option and they do not care if their service is garbage. If you are able, skip their horrendous customer service and just send snail mail to corporate. Nothing else seems to work.
