Constant service interruptions, very unreliable. Local service techs seem good but 24/7 tech support a joke. Will switch as soon as a better company comes to area.

Service unreliable, I've been without service for 11 days. Worked again for 3 days, out again. Tier one tech's were useless. Escalated mitigation tech was excellent. System leaves a lot to be desired. Support tab takes you to digital assistant which is useless. Off hours tech support in foreign country. Requested credit for time not online, looks this will be a long drawn out process.
