Terrible company! They are money hungry. I sent my second phone back because it wasn't working properly. They told me to send it back. I packed it securely in a box and took it to fed ex. Two days later l noticed they deducted 300.00 from my account, they said there was scratches on the screen. That is a lie, l had a screen protector on the screen. I tried for about 2 months to get my money but, they would not pay me back for the broken phone. I was out 300.00 and a phone. Don't waste your money. They are horrible to deal with if you have any problems.

they have some of the worst internet service iv had to deal with in my life it is unbelievable how many times iv had to call and get someone sent out in order to attempt to fix it and gotten no where besides it getting worse each time the customer service reps thoughare truly some of the nicest people youll meet though and make all the suffering and multiple calls a little bit better i guess i cant believe they are still even open though i dont understand
