I pay for the fastest connection speed and I think they have me on their slowest network. Their customer service is probably the worst I have ever come across. Every time something goes wrong, about every 6 to 9 months when I have to spend a minimum 1 hour on the phone with them they always say it is the modem or an issue with my wiring. But it is always something on their end. Its too bad the government creates a monopoly because there needs to be more competition in internet providers.

We are looking to change this service. The speed is poor, pricing is high and service is not good. A technician came to our house to fix the problem and said that he cannot do anything for us. Would cancel, but not sure if anything else is available in the area.
