Pay extra mony for fast internet download and upload speeds , constantly calling them because I want to get 1/3 of the speed I pay for most of the time, because they tell me oh, it’s my router. But miraculously after I called them all of us and I’m able to get to speed with the same router which, by the way is a high-quality fast, speed router.

I have been told by one of their tech that Verizon does not like to maintain their infrastructure. What that means, is that if you are in an older neighborhood, Verizon's speed is spotty at best. If it rains, there are problems with the service as well. When I asked the tech what I can do; their response was to go cable. He told me that Verizon does not want to install new lines to replace the old ones.

Comcast has slow start up and the service techs don't show up when scheduled wasting your day. They also go up on prices without notification knowing you're on a limited budget.

We've had Verizon for a long time and it seems living in a major city would get you faster speed? But that is not the case, for the past several years they keep sending me new modems because they weren't working properly. Then I got another new one last week and the guy came and installed it as well as fixed the wires and now my service is even worst. Every day I have to reboot my modem at least three times a day and I call them and they are giving me the run around. I don't get it at all why as I live in major city we don't have FIOS but a shit town nest to us gets Fios. I am so trying to leave this company, so I would advise you not to go with Verizon unless they offer Fios.

I have been using Comcast for over 30 years or more, I think since they opened up I have been with them, I have had my ups and downs, like sometimes my internet would run slow or my television wouldn't get reception or my phone will go out.. Often they fix it with a signal or sometimes they would have to send someone out to fix the problem, 80% of the time I have had no problem with the person they send but you always get a couple that think they know everything when they don't or the attitude... In total I can honestly say that 90% I am very happy with my Comcast/Exfinity service, I am glad that they are starting to get better working people not only for the outdoors or door to door but also on the phone for you when you need help.. Before 40% could actaully speeak English at least now 70% can and that you can understand what they are saying to you...
