Worcester Residential Internet Coverage

Located west of Boston, Worcester is another well-established Massachusetts city with a variety of residential neighborhoods and business districts.

Through Verizon, all of Worcester enjoys access to high-speed DSL internet. Verizon covers northern neighborhoods like Summit, Burncoat, Westchester, and Greendale. In the west, Verizon serves Tatnuck, Jamesville, and Ludlow. Through the southern part of Worcester, service reaches Quinsigamond Village, College Hill, and Oakland Heights. Along the eastern edge of the city, the Verizon network reaches Lakeview, Pinecrest, and Sunderland.

Through RCN, certain central neighborhoods have high-speed internet options. The service area includes Chandler Hill, Westwood Hills, and Chadwick Square.

Much of Worcester falls into the Charter service area. Charter brings high-speed cable internet to nearly all of Worcester, excluding the northeastern neighborhoods of Beverly Road, Great Brook Valley, Greendale, and Burncoat. However, service resumes north of this area and expands into the communities and cities that border Worcester.

The customer service is horrible. We just bought the Kit and tried to set up the wifi but there were some stuffs that I couldn't make it so we called for the customer service and the lady named Maria got us. She was so rude and unprofessional, she kept sigh over the phone because she couldnt hear us probably. we were trying to gave her our information but her attitude was like I did something wrong to her. This staff is literally horrible.

Absolutely the worst internet services, paying ridiculously high prices for very poor connection speeds, or it just stops working all together. Spectrum SUCKS!
